Boyne Therapies offers person-centred counselling and psychotherapy for adults aged 18+, with in-person sessions available in Kings Heath and Hall Green, Birmingham, as well as online sessions across the UK.
A place where you can simply be.
Boyne Therapies takes its name from the River Boyne. For me, the river is a reminder that change doesn't need to be forced or hurried. It has its quieter stretches, its changing currents, and its own natural rhythm—much like our lives.
Therapy isn't about finding quick answers or becoming someone different. It's about creating the time and space to pause, to make sense of your experiences, and to discover your own way forward.
There is no right way to come to therapy. You don't need to know exactly what to say or where to begin. We simply start with where you are, allowing the process to unfold at a pace that feels right for you.
